Realme mid-range smartphone with OnePlus like Alert Slider coming in April. Realme is the fastest-growing smartphone company globally because of its feature-packed smartphones that come with a price tag that is incredibly competitive. And it seems that the company is not planning to slow down since it is expected to unveil a mid-range phone featuring the OnePlus similar Alert Slider.
According to a MySmartPrice report, well-known tipper Yogesh Brar has shared information about Realme testing a phone that has an alert slider. He says that the device could be released as early as April of 2022. For those who aren’t aware the alert slider physically adjustable slider that allows users to toggle between vibrate and ringer modes as does the iPhone.
In the Android market, it was popularized by OnePlus which has offered this feature on nearly all its phones. Realme has also embraced this feature. It’s not too surprising considering that both Realme and OnePlus are part of the BBK Electronics group of China. As we all know, companies belonging to BBK electronics frequently share technology like OnePlus and OPPO which are now using the same codebase and Hasselblad camera calibration in their flagship models.
It would be interesting to find out what additional features the Alert slider-equipped Realme smartphone will offer and what price they will charge. We know that OnePlus does not offer an alert slider on the OnePlus Nord CE devices like the recently released OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G that was launched with a base price of just Rs. 23,999 within India in India and EUR349 within Europe.

Therefore, if Realme is able to offer the next smartphone in this price range with good specifications, they might be able of stealing some OnePlus clients away. In terms of price, Realme currently offers the Realme 9 Pro Plus for sale at an identical price of the equivalent. 24,999 ($333). The phone has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display that has FHD+ resolution, and a 90Hz refresh rate.
