Apple iPad Pro 2022 could be powered by a 3nm M2 chipset. Apple is set to unveil its next-generation iPad Pro this fall and If the latest reports are true, the tablet with premium specs will be equipped with the company’s yet-to-be-announced Apple M2 chipset.
The report from @Dylandkt claims that the coming iPad Pro, coming with 11-inch and 12.9-inch display options is among the range of devices Apple is planning to unveil later in the fall. The report also suggests that the forthcoming iPad Pro may not feature the MagSafe Charging feature, which was previously rumored. In addition, it’s believed that the model with an 11-inch screen could feature a mini-LED backlit display that the company has employed for previous models, including the 12.9-inch model.

It is entirely feasible it’s possible that this Apple iPad Pro may come equipped with the M2 chipset since the current model runs on an Apple M1 chipset. Although there isn’t much information about the forthcoming Apple Silicon chip, it is believed to be produced using a process that uses 3nm technology by TSMC.
In addition, it is believed that the iPad Pro isn’t the only device that’s likely to be powered by an M2 processor in the coming season. There’s a report that the tech giant is updating the size of its 14 inch MacBook Pro could get an M2 processor model by the second quarter of the year, and an upgraded MacBook Air in the coming months.
It also mentions that the highly anticipated Apple AirPods Pro 2 true wireless earphones are scheduled to be launched in autumn. We’re expecting to hear more information about the product in the coming weeks or even months.
