1 kilo of very ripe kiwis.

Then add the sugar, stirring the whole. It is important that the mixture sits for at least two hours, although it can be left overnight to get a better flavor.
Once the rest time has expired, the pot should be taken to the fire, waiting for it to reach the boiling point. Once the boil is broken, it is allowed to cook over a low heat, being important to stir every little time to prevent the fruit from burning. If it is observed that a lot of foam is generated, it can be removed with a spoon.
